MOUTOA SCHOOL CONCERT AND DANCE.
On Thursday evening of next week the Mon ton school i> giving its annual entertainment. The children have been practicing strenuously for some lime and a good evening’s enjoyment is anticipated. The little tots are giving the nursery rhymes in a novel form. “The Old Woman who lived in a Shoe” thrashes her large family and pals them to bed —while “Simple Simon” comes a “thud” when he asks the pieman for a | >ie. There is a eh arm about- children's acting that appeals to Hie most bored person. The senior pupils do some pretly turns, while their singing and dancing is really very good. Father Christmas is to come from the iev regions while the Christmas tree is to lie a feature of the entertainment. The dancers have been catered for and a good Ibior and good music should draw a crowd. The price of admission is 2/- for the whole entertainment, concert, supper and dance, so that another big, “wild” .night is predicted for Moutoa.
