EUCHRE PARTY AND DANCE

Another enjoyable euchre party was held under the auspices of Si. Mary’s Church in the Town Hall supper-room on Tuesday evening. Opportunity was taken to farewell Mrs Dudson, senr., who is leaving for Palmerston N., shortly. Father McDermott- presented the guest of the evening, on behalf of her many friends, with a gold brooch. The prizes for the euchre were won by Miss Freeman and Mr Desmond.
