Tu connection with the bankruptcy of Robert Mc.Murrav. jnr., flaxmiller, of Foxfon, a statement of his assets and liabilities filed at the office of the D.O.A. (Mr C. E. Dompsy) shows that the total debts ate .CBIB 9/1 while the assets are estimated to produce £246 11/3, a deficiency of £571 17/10 tints being shown. The amount due to secured creditors is approximately £4,500 and the estimated value of the securities £1,650, leaving a surplus to contra of £l5O. The other asset is hook debts estimated to produce £96 11/3. Property is shown in the estimated value of securities.
