HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 10th November, reads: — “Manila market firmer; ‘J’ grade/ afloat, sold at £33 per ton; NovemjiKicJanuary shipments sold at £32 tqh£32 5/- per ton; ‘W grade, Nov-ember-January shipments sold at £32 15/-. New Zealand market in better demand. Business reported in high points to New York, £33 10s per ton ffair grade to Great Britain £3l per ton,”
