RIFLE SHOOTING
A . practise shoot was held on Saturday by the local Rifle Club at 300 yards, range. Owing to a south west wind which swept the range, hud made accurate shooting impossible, “bulls” were very scarce and two’s very conspicuous. The results were: —>
W. Symons 41, A. Barnard 40, S. Head 40, C. Rand 38, J. Hartley 38, E. Fergussonf 37, C. Barnard 37, G. Cull 34, H. Hamer 32, A. J. Johnston 31, Cadet Shaw 23, Cadet Head 21, Cadet Delany 13, Cadet Sigglekow 18, Cadet Parker 10. Next Saturday a practice shoot, will be held at 500 yards range.
