London, October 14. Lord Burnham, speaking at King-ston-on-Thames, and discussing wireless, said : “Wc arc op the over of a revolution in regard to the means*of communication.'- It is conceivable that the Imperial .Conference and such gatherings will be unnecessary in future. Members of the Imperial Parliaments may listen-in when the Prime Minster of Britain is making a speech of international or Empire importance.”
