GRAVES DESECRATED.
BY CONSTANTINOPLE ROUGHS. London, October 9. The Constantinople correspondent to the "Morning Post,” says that roughs entered a war cemetery and desecrated 18 graves, by disturbing the crosses. The keeper informed the police, who took no action, and the British diplomatic representative thereupon made strong representations to the Government, which expressed regret and suspended the police and established a military guard.
