PENNY POSTAGE.
AUSTRALIA COMES INTO LINE. Wellington, Last Night. The Postmaster General (the Hon. J. G: Coates) has received a cable message from Mr W. G. Gibson, Postmaster-General in Australia, stating “We have again reviewed the matter, and now agree to accept from New Zealand letters on which postage has been prepaid at one penny per ounce.”
