BENEFIT MATCH. ROSS, ROUGH AND Co. V. OTHER MILLS. A match which should prove to be the draw of the season will take place on Easton Park on Saturday nexl nf 2.15 p.m. between tennis representing employees of Messrs Ross, Rough and C'o. and the employees representing all the other mills on the River Bank. The admission charge is 1/- and the proceeds arc in aid of the funds of the Silver Band. The hand will turn U)i in force and render selections — “Dead March” excluded —during the knock-out and other breathing times. A further attraction will he a lucky gate ticket —a genuine work of art presented by Mr Colder. Tt is anticipated that Foxlon and his wife will ho there. The following are the teams: — Ross, Rough and Co. —Full back: Henry Taylor; three quarters: Westwood, Graham, J. McGregor; five eighths: W. Baker, TT. Ha kora in ; half: J. Utiku; Pojwnrds: Wing: G. Urjvin; A. Reid, Stevenson, Saville, Harrison, Pine, U. McGregor, and Tntnnn. The following will represent the River Bank Mills combined team: — Maihi, Moses, Rouse, Andrews, King. Chaffey, S. McGregor, J. O’Reilly, Royal, Huff, Robinson, MoBrenfy, Fuller, Carter and Baker.
