SCOUTMASTER CHARGED.
SEVERAL INDICTMENTS PENDING. Christchurch, Last Night, Hector Froggatl, aged 22, was charged with indecent assault on a ,male. The police stated that several more charges were pending antf remand was applied for, as accused had only just been brought hack from Melbourne yesterday. He was remanded till Friday, bail being refused. Froggatt was a scoutmaster aud secretary of the Christchurch Scout Association, and the offences are alleged ill connection with members of his troop.
