The New Zealand Rugby Union lias decided in view of the misunderstanding arising out of the report of the president of the Hawke’s Bay Union as to bis conference with the Director of Education, and as reported by him to members of the management, committee, the decision that the Maori Agricultural College is ineligible stands, and the Mon scar Cup has been awarded to the New Plymouth Boys’ High School.
Southland defeated Otago at, Invercargill yesterday by 21 to 11.
