CROQUET.

The secretary of the Foxton Ladies’ Croquet Club has received inlimation from Northern Croquet Club (Palmerston North) to the effect that the latter club’s green will he opened on Saturday next, 22nd inst. and extending a hearty invitation to Foxlon members lo be present. The Feilding Croquet Club intend opening their courts on Thursday of next week, 27th inst., and extend an invitation to the local club lo he represented by four players. Those able lo make the trip are requested lo communicate with the secretary (Mrs Owen).
