The latest Dustin Farnum picture “The Devil Within,” produced by Fox, will lie the star attraction at the Town Hall to-night. It recalls in part Jack London’s story of the “Sea Wolf.” It contains a battle of brute'strength against mental strength. It reveals the popular star as a brutal sea captain, who -brings down (he curse of South Sea savages on his head. The curse apparently works for years. His redemption and peace of soul are not attained until he has gone through a world of sorrow. It is a fine story full of real human characters and exciting sea and island adventures. At Wednesday’s Cabaret Wallace Reid in “Clarence,” and on Thursday Mae Murray as the girl who danced with danger in the most dangerous cafe in Madrid in “Fascination,” the real super-feature and we are sure will always remember it. A breath from the great outdoors “Snowblind,” with Pauline Starke id the Royal Theatre to-night. This picture is heralded by critics as better than “The Branding Iron,” and is one of the greatest stories of the North that has ever come to the screen. The story tells of a girl blinded and lost in the snow who falls in love with her rescuer whom she has never seen. A human drama with its greatness hidden in its simplicity.
