TREASURER’S REPORT.
During the month of June,- the sum of £8690 19s 6d was received and has been placed to the credit of the following accounts: —Cemetery £2 ss, Water and Drainage Loan £3,000, Council Chamber’s £4B and District Fund £5,640 14s 6d.
The ledger balances on the 30,th day of June were as follows: —Imprest Cash £lO, General £2,193 15s Id, Reserves £72 7s, Town Hall £35 17s 3d, all at debit, a total of £2311 19s 4d.
The accounts at credit were: — Cemetery £IOO 8s lOd, Contractors’ Deposits £23 13s, Drainage Connection Loan £199 *l6s, Temporary Deposits £2,150, Gas Works £lB4 12s lid, Hospital and Charitable Aid £33 5s 10d, Library £122 10s 4d, Council Chambers £785 6s lOd, Sanitation £46 17s, Town Hall Pictures £l2 13s, Water and Drainage Loan £67 16s 6d, Waterworks £65 Is 9d, Interest £SBB 8s 4d, all at credit, a total of £4,380 10s 4d.
