HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cablegram, dated 7th inst., reads: — Manila market again easier, with freer offering, poor demand; “G” July-September shipment quoted at £37, “J” July-September shipment and August —October shipment sold down to £3l 10s. New Zealand fab' spot offered at £3O 10s; shippers offer July-Sept-ember shipment £3l 10s, but no business possible.
