WERAROA ABSCONDERS.
BREAKING, ENTERING AND THEFT CHARGES. Palmerston N., June 22. In the Police Court Victor Kirner and James Scorringe, the Weraroa escapees, pleaded guilty and were committed for sentence at the Supreme Court at Wellington on Iwo charges* of breaking, entering and theft. Kirncr had only been recommitted to Weraroa following similar charges with another escapee at Palmerston North, when he again escaped.
