At Avhat date the Budget will be presented depends on the time occupied by the Address-in-Reply, hut the most definite notice I can approximate to is that from the presentation of the Budget and subject to the concurrence of Parliament. “The duties on tea aa- ill be: —Tea in bulk, of British origin, free: foreign in bulk, 2d per lb.; packet tea, British, 2d per lb.; packet tea, foreign, 4d per lh.; primage, 1 per cent, as usual, in every case.”
