I-lIGH COMMISSIONER'S CABLE. The High Commissioner s cable, dated the 9th inst., reads: “Hemp, Manila market, again easier, only moderate business dwing ‘J’ grade, June-August shipments, sold £3O 15s early this week, sellers closing quotations were £3O ss. New Zealand fair demand reported for spot and close at hand at low prices, fair afloat and spot sold at £3l; no demand for forward shipments."
