Sir, —1 would like to say that I agree with Mr W. Ross’ statement appearing iu your paper re the socalled yellow-leaf in the flax plants. If unnatural conditions are introduced to interfere with the growth of the llax, nature will exact the penalty and that is Mr Ross’ argument in a nutshell. Give the flax plants their natural conditions and protect the lungs of the plant and there will be no “yellow leaf.” Ido not think any scientist will disagree with this self-evident fact. —Yours, etc., INTERESTED.
