In the Pox production “Honour First” showing at the Town Hall to-night, John Gilbert takes the part of twin brothers in a story that weaves its spell around the audience during the first three minutes and will hold everyone in its thrall until the very end. The story reminds the writer in some ways of that very fine serial, “The Flaming Disc,” and it is safe to say that this production contains sufficient in it to make a good serial, so many and varied are the happenings. Prices are as usual. On Wednesday next James Oliver Curwood’s “Valley of Silent Men will be shown. ROYAL. PICTURES. If you want to see a picture that will make you laugh and will make you cry, that will thrill you with the man-hunt of sinster looking wild riding clansmen and that will hold you in suspense during the anxious moments of a tense operation scene, then don’t fail to see First National’s masterpiece “One Clear Call,” which will be screened at the Royal Theatre to-night. Comedy: “Tenderfoot Luck.” Prices 6d and 1/1, children half-price. “Duds” the latest Goldwyn starring vehicle foi’ Tom Moore, is showing on Monday night. It affords Tom Moore many opportunities .to reveal his qualities as a dramatic actor, as well as to imbue his part with the charm of his personality. Comedy “A Movie Idol.” _____
