Ltd. have received the following cable from their London agents, dated 31st of May, 1923 : “Quotations New Zealand prime Canterbury lamb, 28/42, ll£d; North Island lamb, 28/42, Usd; prime Canterbury mutton, 56/64, 7*d; North Island mutton, 56/64, 7id; ewes, 48/64, s£d; no beef of/ iering. “These prices are ex-store. As compared with last quotations received, lamb Sd and ewes id per lb. dearer, mutton Id per lb. cheaper.”
