FEILDING BURGLARIES.
WERAROA ESCAPEES PLEAD
GUILTY.
At the Feilding Police Court yesterday, the two boys, Kirner and Cole, escapees from the Weraroa Bovs’ Training Farm, w'ere before the Feilding Police Court, charged with stealing a safe from Messrs Dalgety and Co.’s Feilding office, also the sum of 7s 6d from the • same office; and with stealing from the store of W. J. Francis, of Haleombe, a quantity of clothing and goods, valued at £l7. The accused pleaded guilty to both charges, and were committed to the Supreme Court, at Wellington, for sentence. Accused were further charged with the theft of some clothing from Messrs Goldfinch and Co., and were remanded to Palmerston N. The Bench ordered the return of the money and clothes found on the accused.
