MU STANLEY BALDWIN. London, Mny 22. Mr Stanley Baldwin, Chancellor it!' i lie Exchequer in Mr Bonar Law’s Cabinet, is the new Prime Minister. The party leaders chose Mr Baldwin. Sir Robert Horne, Chancellor #£ the Exchequer in the Lloyd George Government, has agreed to return to ottice. It is understood that there will be no vital changes in the Cabinet, and that Lord Curzon is ready to continue as Foreign Secretary.
