P.W.M.U.
A combined meeting of the Foxton and Rangiotu branches of the P.W. M.U. was held at Rangiotu on Thursday afternoon. Airs McDonald presided over a good and representative attendance. Miss McKee, the travelling secretary, was in attendance and delivered a most interesting address. Afternoon tea was dispersed by the Rangiotu ladies.
At a suitable juncture a presentation was made by Mrs McDonald, on behalf of the P.W.M.U. members and friends to Miss Lover, in honour of her approaching wedding and the good wishes of all were accorded the recipient.
