THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Indications are for freshening northerly wind, strong to gale and backing by north to west. Increasing haze and cloudiness for change. Barometer unsteady with a falling tendency. Storm appears to be approaching from the west. Seas considerable, tides good.
