TREA SURER’S REPORT.
During the month of April the sum of £2,530 3s lid was received and has been placed to the credit of accounts as follows:—
District Fund £1,519 11s sd, Cemetery account £2 15s, Water and Drainage Loan account £1,007 17s (hi.
The ledger balances on the 30th April were:—lmprest Cash £lO, General £5,781 5s 9d, Reserves £22 9s .od, Waterworks £22 4s Bd, all at debit, a total of £5,836 0s 2d. The accounts at credit were: — Cemetery £B9 5s Id, Contractors’ Deposits £23 13s, Drainage Connection Loan £348 9s, Temporary Deposits £5,450, Gasworks £174 0s 6d, Hospital and Char. Aid £7 8s Bd, Interest £142 11s 4d, Library £96 17s sd, Council Chambers £1,245 4s 4d, Sanitation £l7 11s 9d, Town Hall £sl 13s sd, Town Ha.ll Pictures £3.3 2s Id. Winter and” DrainageLoan £IOB 14s 2d, a total of £7,788 10s 9d.
