BOWLING.

Three rinks from the local club will journey to Feilding to-morrow to play friendly games with that Club, the occasion being the closing day of the Feilding green. The rinks will be made up of the following:—Pearson, Admore, Christie, Nye, Spring, Howe, Healey, Thomson, Parkin, Mattar, Roore, Simpson. Bowlers are asked to be prompt at the green, from where the ears will leave at 12.45 slmrp. At a social function held by the Levin Bowling Club on Friday evening two gold medals presented to the Club by the President for competition in the singles events and won by Mr P. Clements, winner of the Championship Singles, and Mr •J. Casey, winner of the handicap event, were presented to those two players.
