Sir, —I am pleased to note that the Mayor, Air Chrystall, has decided to contest the mayoralty. This will give me an opportunity of placing mv proposed policy befoie the electors so that they may know what they arc asked to vote for, and I shall take advantage of this opport nnitv at a meeting I am holding in the Royal Theatre on Thursdy evening.—l am, etc., P.
