The monthly meeting of the nboA’e was held yesterday aftenoon. There Avere present. Mesdames AnstinJohnston (president), F. llpbinson, Hynes, MeMurray, and Walton. Correspondence was read from the Retailers Association enclosing a donation to the funds. The Nurse’s report- showed that she had visited Foxton four times during tlic month. Babies visits to office,' 39; adults, 35; new cases, 4; letters sent out, 0; visits to homes, 2 It was deeded to hold a garden party in aid of funds at Mrs AustinJohnston’s residence at an early date. A charge of 1/- to be made, afternoon tea free. , Mrs Freeman’s resignation was accepted with regret. Amount, in collection box, 4/9.
