HORSE SALE.

Thd Awaliou Auctioneering Company held a very successful initial horse sale in its yards on Monday afternoon. The entries comprised hacks, harness horses and draughts over 75 per cent, of which were sold under the hammer. Harness horses sold from £9 10/- to £l4; farmers’ sorts and medium draughts £22 to £3llO/-. The success which has attended the firm’s initial sale has encouraged them to hold regular horse sales.
