A DOUBLE FEATURE PROGRAMME.

Two Fox pictures will be screened at the Town Hall on Friday night. The first is “Money to Burn” with Wm. Russell in the leading role. The story, adapted from Sewell Ford’s “Cherub Divine,” is a worthy successor -to “Torchy” and “Shorty McCabe,” by the same author. The second feature stars Shirley Mason in a delightful matrimonial tangle, “Very Truly Yours,” a tangle that takes a lot of unravelling. ' On Saturday night Alice Brady will be seen in a powerful drama, “At the Mercy of Men,” and on Tuesday next “One Wieek of Love” will be screened. Mr W. W. Francis popularly known as “Skipper”' who was the author of the song “Australia will be There,” a great favourite with the Expeditionary Forces, will sing his own song “One Week of Love,” autographed copies of which are on sale at Heath’s where the Box plan is open. Popular Tom Moore will be seen :it the. Royal Theatre on Friday in bis latest comedy success, “Officer (Hi(),” a story of a young man who came home from a trip abroad in time to get mixed up with a gentleman crook who was robbing his house of valuable paintings. The picture is an adaptation of the famous Cohan and Harris stage play that has lived these many years in the memory of those who saw il as one of the best funmakers ever written. Tom Moore in the leading role is admirably east and a strong supporting cast has been secured for him. “Officer 666” has a. melodramatic farce, full of original incident and with especially clever titles, many of which are from the original play. Also a Mack Bennett Comedy, “Step Forward.”
