A meeting, of farmers in the Manawatu County is convened fox Friday next at 1 p.m. in the Town Hall supper-room to meet the provisional committee to discuss the formation of a rabbit Board.
A shop day will be held in connection with the Salvation Army Harvest Festival °n Saturday next, 10th inst. It will be remembered that the shop day was postponed from last Saturday on account of the Trades Union picnic being held on that- date.
