FESTAL FAIR.
TOWN HALL, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, MARCH 22nd and 23rd.
The promoters of the Fair are doing their utmost to make this year’s effort excel anything attempted in the past. The stallholders promise that each stall will be heavily laden with goods. Every article will be of honest value. The sewing stall n’one will have upon it upwards of £ti() value in ladies and children’s garments, plain and fancy. Other stalls will-tie sweet and cake, produce, jumble, flower, bran tubs, baker's oven, village pump, fish pond. There will also be dainty tea and supper rooms. There will be a shooting gallery and various side shows whilst numerous competitions will he run oil each day. Arrangements have been made for supplies of film and pictures to be screened each evening, and as admission to the hall is free, no charge will be made for the pictures. The crowds attending the fair last year were delighted in every way. This year the promoters hope to make the fair bigger, brighter and better than ever.
