Edward Jones (Mr Abraham), claim £2,500 damages for alleged misrepresentation on sale of farm as to carrying capacity. James and Caroline McDonald (Mr Linklater) v. Harvey and Co. claim £6OO royalty on timber alleged to have been cut. (Before Judge and jury of four.) William G. Tozer (Mr Ongley) v. Gane Milking Machine Proprietary, claim £251 10s damages to milking herd alleged due to the installation of faulty milking plant. (Before Judge alone.) Wells (Mr Page), specific performance, injunction and £l2O damages for alleged breach of covenant to supply milk. Wilfred S. Hammond (Mr Graham) v. Abraham and Williams Ltd. (Mr Jacobs) £345 for sale of lambs. Louis Conn (Mr Mazengarb) v. Richard' L. P. Bartlett (Mr Lloyd), £465 special and general damages on alleged agreement to purchase lease of shop. Counter-claim £26 2s for shop fittings sold, £174 balance for use and occupation. William R. Mayes (Mr Grant) v. William Petrie (Mr Ongley), £l2O 3s 2d amount alleged to be due on 'erection of a dwelling. Counterclaim £259 6s Id, cost of .completing the work.
