JEWEL ROBBERY IN AUCKLAND.
Auckland, Yesterday
At two o’clock this morning a thief broke a window in the shop of Mr E. S. Kahn, jeweller, Queen Street, Auckland, and stole two trays of diamond rings, valued at £3OO. The crash was heard in an hotel opposite but before a. cliase could be given the man had disappeared.
