AT NEWS OF SON’S DEATH,

Christchurch, Yesterday.. Soon after receiving news this

morning another son Avho is living shunting accident, Mrs Hannah Vaux Boniface, au elderly woman living at Sydenham, died of shock. .John Boniface, the son, Avas killed at Lyttelton last night and this morning another son, who is Ih’ing with his mother, went into her bedroom and told her the news. She received a severe shock and in less than an hour she died. It had been known for some time that Mrs Boniface had a weak heart. At the inquest a verdict of death, due to shock, associated with organic heart disease was returned.
