Sixty-eight State Coal ployees Avere sued to-day by the Labour Department. for a breach of agreement by holding a stop-work meeting on November 23rd. They pleaded guilty, and Avere convicted and fined a nominal penalty of 10s each. No costs were imposed,:. 7 -
