FOXTON SILVER BAND.

The glittering silver instruments ordered on behalf of the Foxton Silver Band (incorporated), are now on view in Mr Gokler’s shop window and are attracting a good deal of interest. The instruments are high-class of (lie Besson make. The collection includes three cornets, three sax horns, trombone, drum, baritone, four valve-enhar-monic euphoniums and a monster bombardon. Other instruments are yet to arrive. The instruments are an evidence that the new band means business and is determined to merit the practical support of the townspeople.
