A game for the Nye I eras was played yesterday afternoon, the holders being defeated by a margin of three points. A tricky wind made play uncertain and the match was not characterised by good play by either team. The following are the details: — J. Thomson, W. Howe, Jno. Ross. Roore (s), challengers, 18; Christie, Parkin, Huntley, Ball (a), holders, 15. The following rink have posted a challenge: —D. Whibley, Admore, F. Whibley, Nye (s).
