FOXTON TENNIS CLUB.
SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING. The above meeting which was well attended, wits held in the Town Hall on Tuesday, 21st inst.. to dratt the club rules to comply with the Incorporation Act. Mr, MeMurray pre-ided. On the recommendation of the meeting the 4(5 rules drawn up for consideration were passed, and it list of 15 mimes of members was subscribed to the application for Incorporation under the Act. 'The question of the revision of the by-laws of the club was left over to a. later date to be dealt with b\ the committee. It was resolved on tin* motion of Mr C. Simmons, that. Mr W. Trueman be asked u> accept the office of auditor for the ensuing season. The meeting then terminated with it heartv vote of thanks to the chair.
