The Government Meteorologist yires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, hut northerly winds, moderate to strong, prevailing and freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions with increasing haze and cloudiness for change. The barometer has a falling tendency. Tides poor, seas moderate.
