LONDON WOOL SALES.
Messrs Levin and Co. Ltd. have received the following cable from their London agents, dated 22nd November, 1922: — “Wool sales have opened. There is a large attendance of buyers and competition Is keen. As compared with the closing rates of the October series, Merinos are unchanged; line half-breds, 50/55’s, Id per lb. dearer; half-breds, 48/50’s, lid per lb. dearer; fine coarse-breds, ,46/48’s li .per lb. dearer; medium crossbreds, 44/46’s, Id per lb. dearer; coarse crossbreds* 40/44’s, 3d per lb. dearer; low crossbreds, 36/40’s, -Jd per lb. dearer.”
