NARCOTIC DEALERS.
TWENTY-ONE CAUGHT. Out of tweniy-one indictments returned by the Federal Grand Jury yesterday, twenty-one of those indicted were accused of violating tiie Harrison Narcotics Act. Prominently- among those indicted for alleged dealing in narcotics were Mrs Noll Barry, known along the waterfront as "Salvation Nell.” Mrs Barry recently was discharged from the country gaol after serving eighteen months for an admitted violation of the Harrison Narcotics Act. -.-“ San Francisco Chronicle,” August 2nd, 1922. The enormous proportions assumed by the drug horror in America, since Prohibition, should serve as a lesson to New Zealand citizens, Keep New Zealand free from the evils of opium, cocaine, heroin, morphine, and other vile drugs.
