COUNTRY CLUB COMPETI-
TIONS. The above competitions which died out during the War period are now being revived, and the first round for the local team will be played against Shannon on the home courts on Wednesday afternoon, play commencing at 2 p.w. sharp. The following players will represent Foxton: —L. C. Bryant, G. T. Thorpe, R. McMurray, Dr. E. M. Wyllie, Dr. T. J. Rowley, E. P. Jackson, Miss McMurray, Mrs McMurray, Mrs Moore, Miss Beard, Emergency: C. Procter.
