A WOMAN. The A ssis tan t - Attorney - G eneral of U.S.A. is a woman —Mrs Mabel Walker Willebrandt, according to tin article in the “Atlantic Monthly.’ In her report for the.year ending June 30th. 1921, Mrs Willebrandt says: “There has been a tremendous growth in cases coming to the courts, the greatest increase probably being caused by violations in the liquor laws, and the inability of the courts to handle cases promptly is materially interfering with adequate law-enforcement.” Prohibition in America has glutted the courts throughout the land. Prisons everywhere are overcrowded. Crime is rampant. Where is the Peaceful Paradise the Prohibitionists promised? Vote for Continuance!'
