NEAR EAST CRISIS.
The terms of the Mudania agreement include the return of Thrace to Turkey; conditionally on the Kemalist troops being immediately withdrawn from the zones in Allied occupation, and the delimitation by mixed commissions of pew neutral areas at Chanak and Tsmid. The crisis is not at an end, however, the decision of the Angora Government not having been received yet, and according to a Constantinople correspondent those in closest touch witli the conference are doubtful still how matters will go, and also whether the Turks are negotiating in good faith.
