DELIVERY OF,WAR MATERIAL. PARIS, Sept. 29. At the request of M. Poincare, the Finance Commission is hastening the delivery of £8,000,000 worth of war material to Poland, Czechoslovakia and Rounnmia. Further augmentation of credit i» being considered. The material is not usable against Ihe Turks. It is intended to protect the three States against possible attacks by Russia and Bulgaria.—A. and N.Z. cable.
