HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 30th ultimo, reads: — Manila market easier, J grade, October-December shipments, sold at £3l 15s, down to £3l 10s; Q quoted at £34, II £33. New Zealand market quiet, October-Decem-ber shipments offered high points £33, fair £3l. Fair quantity in second-hand offered about 20s less.
