CORRESPONDENCE
(To the Editor.) Sir. —Some time age a reference was made in your paper to speculating in Beach properties. The only way to stop the machinations of this undesirable business is for the Harbour Board to make it illegal, and therefore impossible, for any person to acquire the lease of more than one section. If the Board would make enquiries as to what is taking place, they will take steps to stop the practice. Thanking you in anticipation.—l am, etc., NIPPED.
