SERIOUS CHARGE.
ALLEGED INDECENT ASSAULT. Charged with indecently assaulting a female under sixteen years of age, James lynch appeared before Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Wellington Magistrate’s Court yesterday. On the application of Chief Detective Kemp, accused was remanded until Oetober 4th, bail being allowed on I.vncli's own bond of £250 and one suretv of £250.
